The visual center, inspired by the Thunder’s origin, features the typeface and arched style of the Thunder’s original uniform. Only the second Thunder uniform to feature “OKLAHOMA” as the visual center, this modern interpretation of the legacy wordmark represents the franchise’s foundation and honors fans across the state.
The dark base of the uniform sets the stage for the bold, vibrant design elements to stand out and amplifies their intent. The pops of color in the side panels, piping, visual center, along with player name and number represent the energy of OKC.
The outline of Oklahoma on the belt buckle honors cultural roots and illustrates pride in where the franchise has been, where it is today, and where it’s headed.
